We identify causes, prioritize initiatives with the greatest potential for results, identify key stakeholders and communication channels and supervise projects on donors' behalf, ensuring that the funding and time are spent optimally. Through needs assessment, sector analysis and beneficiary background checks we assess whether shortlisted proposals will add value.
OUR GOAL IS TO BOOST SUPPORT FOR MEANINGFUL CAUSES AND TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO NON-PARTISAN FUNDING FOR PROJECTS THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE BY BRIDGING THE GAP BETWEEN INTERNATIONAL DONORS AND BENEFICIARIES IN POLAND.
WE DO THIS THROUGH FACILITATING COOPERATION AMONG PHILANTHROPISTS, THE PRIVATE SECTOR, IMPACT INVESTORS, SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURS, MUNICIPALITIES AND NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANISATIONS.
We are specialised in international programme management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and legislation/policy monitoring. Over many years, we have represented donors, from government administration to individuals, with main focus on decreasing socio-economic disparities between Poland and the EU.
We have supervised implementation of complex development assistance programmes, conducted various needs assessments and participated in defining areas of intervention, supervised project and budget optimisation, and monitored implementation, approving payments and conducting field missions. We have worked with businesses facilitating entering new markets. We have also worked with the media, written press releases and speeches and supervised organisation of conferences, setting objectives and securing key speakers.
